Our regular shooting hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we're currently unavailable for weekend bookings.
We don’t charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible!
If weather is a concern, we can either complete the interiors and reschedule the exteriors, or reschedule the entire shoot to another available date.
You’ll receive an email with a link to access your media. You can preview everything first, then you’ll be prompted to complete payment before downloading.
We don't cap our photo delivery. We will deliver as many photos as we see fit to highlight the best angles of the entire property!
Our floor plans have a 5% tolerance. Meaning the square footage and measurements may be off by +/- 5%.
We use ‘Matterport’ to create our 3D tours.
