Hitesh Parekh
Hitesh was born and raised in Kamloops, BC, where he pursued Architectural and Engineering studies at Thompson Rivers University. Driven by a passion for building genuine relationships based on integrity and transparency, he is committed to providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors. Whether playing football, hiking, or perfecting his swing on the golf course. He enjoys being active.
In the last five years, he has improved his drafting and photography skills to improve services and surpass clients' expectations. Hitesh continuously learns and adapts to bring innovative and exceptional results to every project.
Colten Mochizuki
Colten is a university graduate from the Architectural and Engineering program at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. His interest in this field stems from his ability to combine a creative outlook with technical skill.
Travel and fishing are his greatest passions in life. This has led to many backpacking trips overseas and a short career as a salt-water fishing guide in Northern BC.
With his experience in construction and love for sharing travel experiences through photography/videography, Colten has found himself in the perfect industry shooting Real Estate and providing clients with creative and high quality tools to help sell a home .
